AOI held its first User Group Meeting in Rome in concurrence with the World Glaucoma Congress 2023. 2 sessions allowed participants to engage with a number of speakers and presentations about the PAUL® Glaucoma Implant. Users, old and new, gathered for the morning session to discuss about their experiences with the product, difficult cases, clinical studies and Dr Elena Milla’s experience with her first 100 PAULs® implanted! In the afternoon session, speakers shared paediatric data, first clinical cases and patient selection, Dr Karl Mercieca’s 200 PAUL® implants done and Dr Valentin Apostolov’s experience with 285 PAULs® implanted!
Participants could the PAUL® investigators and exchange experiences, share clinical data and more.
